I flashed but just got boot animation, any ideas?
UnLocked HTC AMAZE S-ON 2.3.4 Software 1.43.531.3
Pretty sure you need S-Off on HTC devices to flash a custom ROM. Dev may not have said that in his thread though.
Everything I read on XDA says no s off for amaze but with unlocked boot loader should be able to flash roms just not kernels.

Sorry for double posts. I finally flashed it, I had to extract the kernel first and flash that with the htc kernel flash app that I found on xda http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1453617and then wipe and flash rom. It is pretty kick ass visually, I can’t wait until it’s fully functional. Nice job. Beware you will have to reflash stock or custom rom kernel in order to go back to any backup you may have.
