Just the other day Acer dropped an update to the
Iconia A200, giving the less expensive tablet a taste of the icy goodness that we all crave. Now they are telling the world that
Ice Cream Sandwich is in the works for the
Iconia A500, but that it won’t be ready til April. That is a pretty far gap between the original hope and dream of January. To make things a little worse off, this comes directly from Acer’s Australian and New Zealand’s branch twitter account. Leaving the rest of the world in wonder if their region will see an April release as well.
Seems like they should have had the A500 update dropped long before the A200 in our opinion. At least you know one is coming, but is April to long to wait?
