My name is ThaPHLASH and I create icons. Started 2 years ago, Tha Icon is a simple concept.
You buy an icon set, get the icons, and all updates made to this pack for a lifetime!
There is a huge amount of icons out there in the wild, but they lack a few basic principles important to you:
- Limited amount of icons.
- Not android phones oriented.
- Discontinued development.
- Scattered all over the net.
The primary goal with Tha Icon is to alleviate all these constraints, here’s how we roll:
- 1515 icons and growing.
- Android apps and operating system icons.
- Icons produced full-time 24/7.
- One stop for over 250 styles of icons.
So, just a little note to personally let you know first! All icon packs have been expanded!
First of all if you haven’t purchase any icon packs yet, now is a good time to do it…if you are already a premium customer this will blow your mind.
This update now brings us from 1095 icons to 1515 that’s 420 new ones!!! (per pack)
Of course if you have already bought a pack, simply go to your account page on my site and download the pack again to have the new additions COMPLETELY FREE*. If you notice something is amiss or broken somehow, please let me know since I had over 757,500 icons to refresh (all icons come in 2 sizes) so I may have missed something.
*Take note:
- Tha Shag, Tha Cloud and Tha Choco icon pack are still on the drawing table and an update to those packs will come soon…
- Further more, you can sync your icon packs bought on the site with this very convenient app to manage all your icons straight from your phone!
This update brings over 50 new app icons and also text, zodiac, portal2, and Ice Cream Sandwich icons. Don’t forget to upload your awesome screenshots in the galley for everyone to see.

How rad is that! Taking every single icon pack and theme, updating them to include 1515 icons each is incredible. As if that isn’t enough information for you to lust over some of his work, there is more to it than you think. Every pack comes with icons in a 72X72 size, which is ideal for almost all Android phones. You get so much more though, each icon is also in a 200X200 size. Which is perfect for GoogleTV, tablets and even your laptop/desktop PC. He really takes the idea of an icon pack to a whole new level. One final note to mention that you may not be aware of. Via the Tha Icon Ultimate app or the Tha Icon site, he provides 20 free icons of every single pack he has. Letting you get a feel for what the entire pack would look like on your device before you spend any money at all.

I love Tha Phlash’s work. I have purchased a number of the full sets of his icons. My personal favorites for theming on my phone include Tha Gemstone and Tha Metal (and especially That Metal – Backless). Tha Steampunk is a favorite of mine as well just due to the amount of detail involved in all the gears and metal-work on it. He does some outstanding work, and keeps updating all of his sets. The prices are super-reasonable for the amount of artwork you are getting from it. I buy the full packs and have them synch’d to Tha Icon for easy icon replacement. I even have some of the full-theme kits that Tha Phlash put out through Dave Kover as themes for ADW/ADWex.
So… a 8th Tha Icon Pack would be really nice

I have about 6 icon packs. No better way to make your phone look Amazing. Icons are one of the most prominent things. Make them sexy. Phlash makes that easy.
