If you have not tried out HD Widgets by cloud.tv, and you love widgets and toggles, there is something wrong with you. Okay you might be perfectly fine, but these widgets and toggles are too pretty for you not to try. When HD Widgets came to the phone platform (originally just for Honeycomb tablets) buzz quickly flew around the community. I personally, got a copy of it to try before the launch and was truly amazed by how they look. The quality of the widgets were very eye-catching where my friends would ask me where I got them. As soon as it launched, I actually opened up the coin jar and paid the cheap price just so I can get the updates. I believe if an app makes me say wow more than once, I will pay the couple bucks for it.
Since HD Widgets dropped, cloud.tv has done a very good job in updating their app. Adding more sizes, colors, and toggles have actually made this app reach Editor’s Choice in the Google Play store. Well now the awesome widgets you love will be getting another face lift. Seems that the team has been working on the 3.0 version and it is due to drop on June 7th. Here is what is new:

Is there a weather widget with animated weather graphics?
There are a handful of them out there. Beautiful Widgets does it when you open up the weather. There was another one I used to use, but can’t remember its name now. But I haven’t seen one that animates the home widget one its own though.
