If you can’t beat em, sue the crap out of them and try to stop their products from being sold. At least I think that is Apple’s new slogan, it should be. After the whole HTC ordeal and U.S. customs having to get involved,
Apple keeps pressing forward. Back in December they attempted to get a preliminary injunction against a plethora of
Samsung devices. The judge at the time denied them the request and business as usual continued on. Six months later, Apple is requesting another injunction, aiming its sights the new
Galaxy S III.
Apple is claiming the device infringes on the same “data tapping” patent that they accused HTC and Motorola of doing. The whole long-press action dialog menu for URL’s. To add some more fuel to the fire, they are also pointing a violation of a ‘unified search’ patent. Sounds like a lot of fun doesn’t it? We doubt much will come from the filing, but one never knows anymore. We just wish Apple would focus all those billions of dollars to do something good in the world instead of waste it in court and on legal fees.

Time for an update. I am the proud father of three, 2, 8, and 11. I finally just moved up from the Samsung Vibrant to the Samsung Galaxy S III...... Let me tell you, it is mind blowing. I love Android, I love tech and I love my family. Not in that order though. I work to hard, play even harder and take care of all that are around me when I can.

See, now here’s the problem I see Apple creating(form my perspective at least)
With the childish antics Apple is pulling with all of these law suits(IMO, they are throwing a temper tantrum because their market share is being torn into). I have come to the position that I will NEVER buy a Apple product
Oh god, no phone is safe from crApple even if it’s designed by lawyers
