Motorola told us earlier this year that the Droid Bionic would be getting Android 4.0 ICS sometime in Q3, which is where we are at right now. It looks like Motorola is getting hard to work at it, as another Ice Cream Sandwich build has leaked for the device, this time with a system version of 6.7.230.
