Samsung Unveils First Galaxy S III Ad for the London Olympics

2

Samsung has unveiled their first London 2012 Olympic Games themed ad for the Galaxy S III showing a lot of people all over the world, David Beckham, and a bunch of GSIII features. I get it that it’s a Samsung ad about a Samsung phone, but the only Android feature that was shown wasn’t even Android. This being the indoor maps from Google Maps, the rest of the features shown are all Samsung only features: Music Hub, AllShare Play, S-Beam, Buddy Photo Share and Best Photo. It would have been nice for them to give them a little love to the platform that got them to where they are now: Android. In fact, I don’t even think they mention it’s an Android phone…

Anyway, see for yourself and let us know what you think.

I've been an Android fan for a long long time, even before owning one. My first and current phone is a Motorola Defy which is currently rooted, rom'd and running a beautiful ICS thanks to CyanogenMod. My goal is to share both news and love for this awesome platform that we all have and, hopefully, make it better between us all.
