The rumor mill has once again started. According to The Verge, HTC will be introducing a new device called the HTC Proto sometime in the fall, and the device will carry a 4-inch WVGA SLCD display, a 5-MP rear camera, 4GB of storage, 512MB of RAM, Beats Audio, and a Snapdragon MSM8225 dual-core processor....
