The Apple and Samsung back and forth, is no doubt the most annoying article posts we come across when we check our Android news. Us, over here at AndroidSPIN, were so sick of it that we did not really even cover most of the trial as it was happening. Finally when the verdict hit, a shock wave was felt throughout the community, and we all hated Apple just a little bit more. Some a lot more.
Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple, was asked what he thought about the Samsung-Apple verdict in an interview he had today with Bloomberg. Being the co-founder of the devil fruit company, it was pretty surprising that he mentions that he disagrees with the verdict entirely.
I hate it. I don’t think the decision of California will hold. And I don’t agree with it — very small things I don’t really call that innovative. I wish everybody would just agree to exchange all the patents and everybody can build the best forms they want to use everybody’s technologies.
He mentions that he feels that companies should be able to share patents, and that would allow for better development of these devices we love so much. I think we all would agree with the Woz right there on that one, but the company he helped start had opposite desires. Tim Cook is probably throwing a fit at the moment hearing about what Woz had to say.
Here is where it gets really funny. Mr. Apple co-founder also owns a Samsung Galaxy S III! That is right. He is going with an SGSIII, as he well should. The main reason for this is because of the camera on the SGSIII. It is way better than the iPhone 4’s camera (duh) but he does hope the iPhone 5’s camera will catch up with the technology. Not quite there yet Steve, but it tickles me to know that he is rocking a SGSIII. Let us know what you guys think about this.
