Did you think Verizon was going to leave all you
Galaxy Nexus owners out in the cold this fall? Well, we thought it was possible. Thankfully not though. An OTA update is hitting Gnex overs on the Big Red carrier today. Bringing build JRO03O to your device finally. That would be
Jelly Bean for those of you who weren’t sure. It brings all the project butter love and of course Google Now support you have been dreaming of.
As with any OTA, not everyone will get it today. It will roll out over the next few weeks to all active stock GNex owners. Make sure you have well over 50% battery charge before attempting to install it. You can head into the Settings and Check for Updates, but that doesn’t always prompt it to pop up. Oh, and Wi-Fi is being mentioned as the only way to get the notification and download.
Good luck and happy updating. Lets hope the extra time to get it out solved any Verizon bugs they were facing.

Time for an update. I am the proud father of three, 2, 8, and 11. I finally just moved up from the Samsung Vibrant to the Samsung Galaxy S III...... Let me tell you, it is mind blowing. I love Android, I love tech and I love my family. Not in that order though. I work to hard, play even harder and take care of all that are around me when I can.
