Both the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity (TF700) and ASUS Transformer Pad Prime (TF201) started receiving OTA updates to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean this morning. Some users have reported false positives regarding update notifications with no updates being available, while others have had to re-download the update a few times before it worked. If you’re still on ICS, keep checking for updates periodically, you should receive one soon.
Android is more than an obsession, it's a lifestyle. I have an EVO LTE and a retired EVOg, both of which have served my flashing addiction well. By day I'm an "Engineering Tech" for a Civil Engineering Consultant firm, which is just a fancy way of saying CAD drafter and by night I'm an Android Insomniac, always looking for the latest way to mess up my phone. In addition to my endless Android proselytizing, you'll find me working on my car; rocking out on my guitars; listening to death metal; endlessly obsessing about politics, history, and economics; fixing grammar and spelling mistakes; and reading up on all things science and tech. There's not enough time in the day to always satisfy all of my addictions, hopefully you'll enjoy what I have to share regarding one of them. For more about me: https://en.gravatar.com/zachcoma
I’m glad it worked out for you. I haven’t heard much from any Infinity owners yet. If anyone has an Infinity and got the update let us know how it went.
[...] Earlier this morning we reported that Jelly Bean was on its way out to the ASUS Transformer PAD Prime and Infinity. No one came back around to let us know what was happening in the Transformer Infinity world, but we did see a few people pull the update down for the Prime. So that was a good 50/50 success. It looks like in all the hustle bustle of our day, we missed the update that ASUS provided via XDA about the Infinity update being held back. Terribly sorry we didn’t catch that for you guys. [...]

[...] Last week ASUS made it known that both the Transformer Prime and Transformer Infinity would be getting updates tot Jelly Bean. Prime owners started to see the sweet treat, but the Infinity was delayed. Mostly due to some compatibility issues with apps that recently updated, like Facebook. Shortly after the updates started hitting for the Prime, ASUS let people in the XDA forums and various other locations, that the Infinity update would be delayed until this week. Sticking to their word, which they seem to do pretty darn well, ASUS is now in the process of pushing the Jelly Bean update out to the Infinity. Looks like those of you with an Infinity have something nice waiting for you to lessen the brutality of another Monday. [...]
