It’s a beautiful rainy day here in Chicago and another rainy day for Google. Google is being taken to court in a class action lawsuit involving owners of the Nexus One, who are claiming that they were lured into buying the device based on features such as 3G which they were unable to maintain. It seems that a launch may be imminent for the Samsung Fascinate as they are currently making their way to Verizon stores. According to Engadget's sources, Verizon staff are beginning to receive training on this device and with Best Buy taking pre-orders along with the recent Samsung marketing activity all signs point to a launch within the next few weeks. The Samsung Galaxy Tab is filled with many features that trump the iPad, especially the wireless printing feature. Wireless printing can print images from your gallery and even web pages that you're browsing by simply going into the menu and then selecting "print."
