    Since T-mobile is adding tier data plans. Is the Defy consider the premium smartphone (IE $30/month only) or can it have the $10/month data plan?

      I just got the defy at tmobile in santa rosa and i had to add a 15 dollar a month 200mg monthly plan to my existing plan. hope this helps, and yes it is a really cool phone.
