With the rumors going around about the HTC Vision, HTC Ace and the secret Project Emerald, HTC is planning on launching six total devices in Q4 to both the U.S. and Europe. These six devices are being estimated to possibly 8.5 million shipments by HTC.

According to Commercial Times, HTC will launch the dual-core Vision in Europe in October  and the Mondrain, a Window 7 phone in the same quarter. In this same report, HTC plans on launching U.S. devices via T-Mobile the Android-based HTC Vangard and the HTC Emerald, as well as an unspecified Windows 7 phone model. AT&T can also expect a Windows 7 smartphone coming in November.

HTC plans on doing big things and including T-Mobile. We could see big things from T-Mobile before the end of 2010. They might be down, but they are definitely not out.

I still have the original MT3G, waiting for a worthy replacement. Thankfully Cyanogen has made the wait bareable. T-Mobile has been good to me so I will stick around for as long as they exist, so I am glad to hear that they are planning on a super phone from HTC at some point this year.

I’ve been with TMo since they were Voicestream…so far they’ve always given me good reason to stay. I have a family plan with 4 lines now, and I’m using a blackberry 8900 after using BB’s for years. After trying out the Vibrant at a TMo store today, I’m about ready to switch to an Android device. As gorgeous as the Vibrant is (and it really is), I think I may hold out to see how Emerald shapes up…
