Official Galaxy S Help Site Now Live

by Stormy Beach on 29th Jul 2010 -

Samsung is putting everything they have into the Galaxy S series of phones. If you’re unsure about that, just look at the recently released marketing campaigns for both the Captive and Vibrant.  Just yesterday, Samsung’s website released the official drivers for the device. Now they have launched their official help website located at www.galaxyshelp.com. Currently the drop down box supports AT&T and T-Mobile. Not surprising since those are the only two Galaxy S phones out at the moment in the U.S..

The site lets you register your device with Samsung if you wish, or you can skip the registration page. From there, you can contact support in a few different ways: Call, E-Mail, Live Chat or set an appointment that works with your schedule. Now that is what I call customer service.

Forum Member mystycs at xda-developers called in as soon as he found out about the site and they answered right away.

If this kind of dedication and service keeps up, Samsung may be the best manufacturer out there, in my book anyway.

Currently, the site contains only a few help topics, and some don’t have any content in them yet. Check the site often though, I have a feeling it’s going to be a very useful avenue of information.

About the Author

I worked at T-Mobile for 5 years. I was the go to guy for Android phones and training. That passion didn't stop even after my departure from the company. I currently moved up from my MyTouch 3G to a Samsung Vibrant. A lot has changed in a very short time. I look forward to all the latest and greatest every time I wake up.
