For those of you who grabbed an unlocked Sony Ericsson Xperia X8, you’ll be happy to hear that SE is rolling out the Android 2.1 (Eclair) update right now!

You can hit up the source link below to check if your Xperia X8 is on the list of the soon-to-be-upgraded by scanning the eight-digit “SI-number” on the back of your phone and checking that number against the numbers on the list at the Sony Ericsson Product Blog.
