The greatest benefits that MIUI can offer the end-user is its endless customization choices. Having the ability and freedom to take parts from any MIUI theme and mix and match them to your liking. With what seems to be an endless supply of creations out there, we try to bring you a new one as often as possible. Lets face it, searching is a pain in the neck.
Today we bring you a HUD Display style lockscreen. It offers a really cool animated center that reminds me of the Honeycomb clock sort of. Sliding to the right unlocks the screen and simply double tapping on the center of the circle will bring up your music. I also like the flashing notification that pops up in the lower right of the screen. Gives the whole thing a rather unique look. To pick up this awesome lockscreen, head over the developers main lockscreen page at GadgetDesire. Alternatively you can just hit the download link below. We do recommend checking in on the devs site every now and again for any updates though.
As usual, take the mtz file that you have downloaded and move it to your MIUI/Theme folder on your memory. To apply, go to the themes app, then select customize. From there select Lockscreen then HUD Lockscreen and apply. Now you are all set. Hope you guys enjoy it.
Time for an update. I am the proud father of three, 2, 8, and 11. I finally just moved up from the Samsung Vibrant to the Samsung Galaxy S III...... Let me tell you, it is mind blowing.
