Motorola Razr HD and Razr Maxx HD Delayed Possibly Due to Antenna Issues

3

You hate to hear this. We all remember the “Antennagate” debacle that showed up in iPhone 4. Android fanboys went on a frenzy poking fun at the issue. It was quite ridiculous really, because the way the phone had to be held to have significant signal loss; I never seen a person hold a phone in that death grip. Anyways, looks like Motorola is suffering from the same ordeal with the newly announced Razr HD and Maxx HD.

According to the Howardforum, “The signal drop is great enough to create a large amount of users to return the device“. I guess they tested the antenna out with many different size hands, and found out that the signal drop was pretty severe. They probably did not do that test, but you never know. Hopefully Motorola will get the issue solved and get their Verizon flagship devices out into the wild. Let us know what you guys think.
