It is hard not to get caught up in leaks, renders, thoughts and talks about what Samsung will be doing when it comes to the next Galaxy device. We know Samsung is working on the Galaxy S IV. There is no question about that. We know that a few various leaks and reports seem to be saying a lot of the same thing in terms of specs. While we don’t know anything 100% yet, we still like to see what is being talked about and distributed. The latest render to start making its rounds sure does look pretty spectacular.

None of the specs listed are anything new that we all haven’t seen roaming the web already. There is mention of a 3100 mAh battery vs the 2600 mAh battery that we have heard of before. Not that we would complain about a Note sized battery in the device.
As for the render design? It honestly reminds me of HTC. The metal looking housing, the front facing speakers at the bottom and a dedicated camera/multi function button. At first glance I thought of the HTC Nexus One and the HTC Surround. It just doesn’t scream SAMSUNG to me.
Of course this is in no way official or a leak of any sorts. It is just something we stumbled across and wanted to share. Personally I like the look of the other rumored blurry cam shot of the S IV. What do you guys think? Do you like the idea of Samsung possibly headed to metal? Does that design make you jump up and down?

it actually looks a lot like the galaxy tab redesigns post apple lawsuit. / nexus 10
Looks very HTC to me. Not necessarily a bad thing.
I think this looks amazing. I hope the SIV comes with that speaker grill setup in the front. That’s something mobile devices absolutely need. I love the look as well. Makes a silver device actually look good to me. If the SIV looks anything like this, then I would be happy to call it my “own”.
Bluetooth 5.0 doesnt exist…
The rest of the specs I can see becoming true. Id like to believe the dedicated camera button and the metal body, but as we seen in the past leaks, especially last year before III, alot of these turn out not to be true and there was a pretty tight hold on any possibly leaks from “leaking” out

The big give away that this is fake is the 1080p super amoled +. Emphasis on the ‘+’.
The break through is getting 1080p res on a superAMOLED screen alone.
