Lenovo-owned Motorola has finally announced the Moto M smartphone in China. The smartphone was already benchmarked via AnTuTu and Geekbench, revealing most of its specifications. Its design was revealed through TENAA certification documents, so there was little left for the imagination. Basic highlights of the Motorola Moto MÂ includes aÂ metal unibody, aÂ MediaTek Helio P15 processor, and 4GB of RAM.

The Motorola Moto M sports a 5.5-inchÂ 1080p Super AMOLED display with aÂ 2.5D curved glass on top of it. The smartphone is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-coreÂ MediaTek Helio P15 processor and 4GB of RAM. There is 32GB of onboardÂ storage, which can be expanded via aÂ microSD card. In the imaging department, the Moto M has a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera with dual-tone LED flash, PDAF, and 1080p video recording. It also has an 8-megapixelÂ front-facing camera with a 85-degree wide-angle lens.
The Moto M runs AndroidÂ 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, and also has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensorÂ with water-repellant coating. TheÂ smartphone has a metal unibody designÂ and Dolby Atmos surround sound technology. Connectivity options includeÂ 4G LTE (with VoLTE), dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1,Â GPS, NFC, and a 3.5mm headphoneÂ jack. It also has a USB-Type C port and a 3050mAh non-removable battery withÂ Turbo Charge mechanism.

The Moto MÂ by LenovoÂ will be available inÂ Gold and Silver colors with a priceÂ tag of CNYÂ 1999 ($294) in China. The smartphone will be available from Lenovo’s official website in the country along with other online retails like Tmall, JD, and othersÂ from the 9th of November, 2016.
